Online resources for academic subject areas, selected by CMC staff, are listed here.
The Curriculum Materials Center has textbooks (K-12), arranged by the Dewey Decimal System. They are shelved first by subject area, then by publisher, then grade level. Teacher’s editions are available, and, when possible, student materials and supplementary teaching materials. Textbooks marked with “14 day loan” stickers, may be borrowed for two weeks. Here is a list of subject areas with its matching call number.
Teaching aids are resources with ideas for lesson plans and teaching activities. Teaching aids are arranged by Library of Congress (LC) classification, and can be located by browsing, or by searching the Library's Online Catalog. Teaching aids from the CMC may be borrowed for fourteen (14) days. Here's a list of subjects with the corresponding LC classification number.
