Qualtrics is a survey tool used by William Paterson University, and available to students, staff, and faculty for creating questionnaires, forms, and surveys.

There are a few different ways to get assistance with Qualtrics:

1. Use the Help link in the upper right of your Qualtrics page (http://support.qualtrics.com/)
2. Place a Help Desk (https://help.wpunj.edu) ticket to have someone contact you for support.
