Finding reputable news and current events items for the LGBTQIA+ community can be difficult with a Google search, and can result in a lot of unwanted (and possibly offensive) results.
One of the best places to find relevant articles is through the Library's many databases (see @ the Library), or through a recognized news source (like CNN or the Associated Press). You can also find useful and timely information in blogs, although you will need to be careful and check your facts against an established source.
