Getting Help

While you can always contact me to set up a time to discuss your research, sometimes you just need a quick answer to point you in the right direction.

The Research Help tab on the library website offers a number of options for getting help with your questions:

Introduction

In order to understand the role of religion within a society, it is necessary to understand the ins and outs of that religion, and how it influences its followers.  To do so, you'll need to find information on how religions and religious thought has shaped modern day understanding of our society.

While there is a lot of useful information to be found online, these sources can contain questionable 'facts', bias and prejudices, or even outright lies.  Therefore, it's best to begin your research with the Library, to make sure that the information you use in your analysis is from quality sources.

This guide will highlight certain resources that you should use in learning about different religions or theorists, and will provide an outline of the steps needed to collect the information necessary to complete your class presentation and ethnographic research paper.

Feel free to contact me with any questions you have, or to set up a time to meet one-on-one for help with your research.
