Resources for Methods in Evaluation and Social Research
This page, hosted by the International Consortium for the Advancement of Academic Publication, lists free resources for methods in evaluation and social research. The focus is on "how-to" do evaluation research and the methods used: surveys, focus groups, sampling, interviews, and other methods. Most of these links are to resources that can be read over the web.

Human Rights Watch
This U.S.-based human rights organization conducts fact-finding investigations into human rights abuses in all regions of the world, publishing several reports each year. Many of these reports are accessible through the site, along with news releases and other information.
