This site, maintained by the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank, contains over 45,000 data series.

From the Economic Research Service of the USDA, this source incudes GDP, CPI, GDP Deflator and Exchange Rate data.

Time-series data from the IMF include International Financial Statistics, Balance of Payment Statistics, Direction of Trade Statistics and Government Finance Statistics. Some of the time-series data is available without subscription/
