The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is a government agency that devleops environmental rules and regulations. They also conduct scientific research to further their mission. 

On the EPA's website, explore for regulations and laws. In addition, each industry is given it's own page for guidelines:

Use Lexis Nexis to look up legal cases. 

Access Lexis Nexis by clicking the link above or:

1- Go to the library homepage

2- Select "Articles and Databases"

3- Select "Business" from the drop-down subject menu

4- Select "Lexis Nexis"

If you are searching for legal cases, use the box that states Look Up a Legal Case. You can then search by the case name, or do a topic search. 

Enforcement

Has your company had past environmental issues? Look at the EPA's enforcement page. You can search their database for your company.

Use ABI/Inform Complete to search for articles from:

  •     Wire reports
  •     Magazines
  •     Newspapers
  •     Scholarly journals

Access ABI/Inform complete through the link above or through the library's databases:
