This wonderful digital collection from the Library of Congress' American Memory project provides materials from a four-month study of occupational culture in Paterson conducted in 1994. Included are some 470 interview excerpts and 3882 photographs from the Working in Paterson Folklife Project of the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress. The audio, text, and images on this site offer a rich portrait of Paterson's history and culture.
